The Chiripal Group, a textiles-to-education conglomerate celebrated International Women’s Day 2022 in a grand way to honour and recognise the indomitable spirit of their female employees and to recognise their contribution to the growth and success of the organisation. Having a strong women workforce across multiple business verticals, Chiripal Group ardently believes in women’s empowerment and equality which forms an integral part of the Group’s work culture.

Over 600 women employees celebrated Women’s Day at Shanti Business School Grounds and formed a human chain to create the Women’s Day symbol which signifies the hope and action surrounding women’s equality. To mark the occasion, the Group organised an entertaining fun-filled evening. Celebrity radio jockey Krutarth and Instagram influencers Ruju Desai, Abhinisha Zubin Ashara and Tvara Mehta also attended the event and addressed the audience.

The Group promoters and senior management participated in the celebration to motivate their employees. The Group offered numerous prizes to all women employees to accentuate their joy on this occasion. The highlight of the lucky draw included stays at Five Star Hotel in Udaipur and Gandhinagar, Dinner at Five Star Hotels, Vouchers from a reputed Gaming Zone, and Jewellery and Salon brands that enhanced the excitement for all participants.

All participants were welcomed by Nasik Dhol and they were given Neon Bands at the entrance. Emcee and Games Jockey warmed up participants with some fun-filled ice-breaking sessions. Professional DJ belted foot-tapping music to ensure that all women danced to their heart’s content. Hit Bollywood songs kept the ladies on their toes till late at night. Participants enjoyed 360 degrees Photo Booth which was the highlight of the evening. Diverse culinary delicacies were prepared for women to relish on this momentous occasion. Shanti Asiatic School (SBS) ground was the perfect venue to celebrate Women’s Day with a high entertainment quotient. A large contingent of Teachers from Shanti Business School attended and enjoyed this celebration. Women employees from all Chiripal Group companies attended this grand ceremony and partied till late at night to celebrate the spirit of womanhood.

The Group offered 50% discount for Breast Cancer Check-up to all women employees at so that they or their family/friends can get a mammography test done at a reputed Hospital.

Professional DJ belted foot tapping music to ensure that all women danced to their heart’s content. Hit Bollywood songs sung by professional singer enthralled them. Shanti Business School (SBS) ground was the ideal place to celebrate Women’s Day with high entertainment quotient. Celebrity Chef Heena Gor spoke about the importance of nutrition from health perspective. Garba, Rangoli competition and musical chair events were held at Dholi manufacturing plant, which employs many women from surrounding villages. The women employees were also presented elegant souvenirs to mark this occasion.
